To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

📦 Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure it is correct and undamaged.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange — provided it is reported within 3 days of delivery.

🚫 Order Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds or money-back guarantee are offered on items purchased at SALE price.

  • Orders paid via Debit/Credit Card can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Instead of a refund, the order amount will be converted into a coupon (equal value), which can be used for your next purchase from Famo Pret within 60 days.

🔁 Exchange Only on Defective Items

  • Exchange is only offered for defective, damaged, or torn items.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition with all tags attached.

  • Delivery/return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Exchange processing takes 7–10 business days.
