No Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any items.

We only offer exchanges according to the conditions below.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange an item if:

  • The item is not worn, washed, or used.

  • The item is in its original condition and packaging.

  • You send the item back to us within 7 days of delivery.

If we receive the item after 7 days, we will not accept the exchange.

The customer will pay the return delivery charges.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us.

You will need to send the item back to us. After we receive and check the item, we will send you the correct or new item.

Return delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact us and share:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for exchange

  • Details of the problem

  • Pictures or video if the item is damaged or incorrect

Send the Item Back

Please send the item using a safe and trackable courier service.

Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Exchange Process

After we receive and check your item, we will process your exchange.

The requested size or product can only be exchanged if it is available in stock.
